Containers & Tea Cups & Flowers Oh My!

Every year on Mother's Day, it is our tradition to plant flowers! My girls & husband know that after a long winter in Northern Michigan, this momma wants to see beautiful flowers surrounding the house! However, this year's cold weather may pose a problem to our Mother's Day tradition but I'm not going to let that get in our way...and neither should you! Spice it up this year by starting with potted flowers that can be transferred to the garden at a later date. Here are some nifty container ideas that will make planting flowers with mom super fun!

Vintage tin tea containers (say that 5x) can be so charming! Shop local vintage and antique stores for tin treasures.
Make your own bouquet as a centerpiece for Mother's Day brunch!

Rustic wooden boxes make a great holding space for potted bulbs plus they hide all of those clay pots! DIY with a tutorial from Shanty-2-Chic.com or shop etsy.com

Tea cup and flowers- I've said enough! Love!
